History

The Dryden Area Intergenerational Band and Chorus was organized by Jody Earle in 1996 with initial financial help from the Dryden School Music Booster Club and the Town of Dryden Bicentennial committee.  For many years Jody told her family that she would start a group like this, and the opportunity for financial support and to perform for the Dryden Bicentennial ceremonies encouraged her to finally organize it.  The members had such a good time participating those first two years that they requested the group continue.  The early groups helped define the project.
